Shipping Info

Domestic Shipping & Delivery

We aim to fulfill all orders as soon as possible. Our primary shipper is USPS and all orders are meticulously wrapped in Spa 223 & Boutique signature packaging. We offer a cost-based shipping system. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your order details. Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process your order and when USPS picks up the package you will receive another email notifying you of the tracking number. You can also log into your account to see your order history and tracking information.

Please contact spa223-boutique@att.net for any questions or requests regarding shipping methods, or address changes. Customers will be notified of a proper tracking number for your order once it has been fulfilled. The following timeline can be utilized strictly as a guideline for estimate delivery times:

·        USPS Priority: 3 – 5 business days

Please note delivery times may vary depending on location, and we do not guarantee these delivery times due to third-party factors beyond our control. We also ask our customers to kindly provide a telephone number when placing your orders. This will help tremendously in making sure orders are cleared and arrive in your hands in a proper time frame.

How do I know when my order has shipped out?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation.

Your order is processed at our Boutique location in Port Huron, MI.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Sometimes things happen and you need to change or cancel your order. We understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! We strive to pack and ship orders quickly. Once we start to process your order we will be unable to make any changes.

Can I place an order online and do an in-store pickup?

We are happy to offer in-store pickups for any order make online. We just need 1 – 2 business days to process and complete your order, but don’t worry you will receive and email notification as soon as it’s ready to go home with you!

Can I place my order over the phone?

Yes, we would love to help you place your order over the phone!

You can reach us at 810-966-0223 Monday through Friday

10am – 5pm EST.

To speed up the process, please have the product names of the pieces you want to purchase on hand when you call.

 

What is the typical response time to a customer inquiry?

We strive to respond as promptly as possible and provide accurate information for our customers. Response time is typically within 24 – 36 hours. If you would like to speak with a customer representative you can contact spa223-boutique@att.net or reach out to us at 810-966-0223.

Returns

How long does it take to process my return?

Once your package is delivered to our store, your return will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?

All sale items are final and cannot be returned. We know that may be disappointing, but at least you got a great deal on that amazing item!

General

Do you have Gift Cards?

We sure do! You can purchase your Gift cards here. We are not able to accept them for payment for our on-line orders, but you can use them in the store.

Will I receive a physical Gift Certificate?

Our system allows for you design and print your gift card from home, office or wherever. You can also email your recipient their gift cards, very convenient for those loved ones that are far away. You can also call us if you would like us to mail one to or your recipient.

Do you have any store locations?

Yes, we do… it’s your couch! (Or your office chair, the subway or the gym) We are on-line 24/7, which means you can shop with is whenever it’s convenient for you. Get your shopping therapy in!

If you already have an account with us, you can just log in with the email and password you used when you set it up. If you don’t have already have an account just click the create an account button and get one set up.
