Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping & Delivery

We aim to fulfill all orders as soon as possible. Our primary shipper is USPS and all orders are meticulously wrapped in Spa 223 & Boutique signature packaging. We offer a cost-based shipping system. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your order details. Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process your order and when USPS picks up the package you will receive another email notifying you of the tracking number. You can also log into your account to see your order history and tracking information.

Please contact spa223-boutique@att.net for any questions or requests regarding shipping methods, or address changes. Customers will be notified of a proper tracking number for your order once it has been fulfilled. The following timeline can be utilized strictly as a guideline for estimate delivery times:

·        USPS Priority: 3 – 5 business days $7 per order (for our standard mailer, larger items or orders may be higher cost)

Please note delivery times may vary depending on location, and we do not guarantee these delivery times due to third-party factors beyond our control. We also ask our customers to kindly provide a telephone number when placing your orders. This will help tremendously in making sure orders are cleared and arrive in your hands in a proper time frame.

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

At Spa 223 & Boutique, our biggest goal is to ensure our fabulous customers are satisfied with your order. If for some reason you are not we will try our best to make it better!

 Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think you’ve received a defective item, contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order. If you were sent an incorrect item or are missing and item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

 Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:

·        Returns may be accepted within 14 days of receipt for refunds.

·        Returns may be accepted within 15 - 30 days for store credit.

·        Returned items must be in unused, resalable condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached.

·        Include your return form and original receipt.

·        All sales on discounted merchandise are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

·        Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.

·        Please allow our team 7-10 business days to process your return once it is received in our store.

Please make sure all items to be returned are properly packaged and traceable with a proper tracking number. Items must be packaged in shipping package. We will not accept returns sent back with product packaging as shipping package.

We also recommend insuring the package for the full amount of value. We do not accept or assume responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods while in transit from the customer.  We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

 Please note: Our return policy applies ONLY to orders placed on spa223boutique.com.

 For your convenience Online orders can also be returned in-store. Items returned within 14 days will be issued a refund in the original payment form. Items returned with 1 -30 day will be issued a store credit.

 Lastly, if we made a mistake in processing your order – Our apologies! This ONLY includes incorrect or damaged item being shipped. In this case we will refund your original shipping charge. Please contact spa223-boutique@att.net with your order number and the item number of the merchandise that you received as well as the item you were expecting. We will send you a return shipping label. If we have the correct item in stock, we will ship it to you once the incorrect item is received. If the item is not longer available, we will credit your original form of payment.
